Refund and Return Policy

1. Return and Refund Eligibility Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Certain goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Select health and personal care items

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

2. Partial Refunds In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

3. Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a specified period.

4. Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times vary.

5. Sale Items Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

6. Exchanges We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us using our contact form.

7. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit upon return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you after we receive the returned item.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

8. Shipping Returns To return your product, please contact us for return authorization and shipping details.

  • You are responsible for covering return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
  • Shipping times for exchanged products may vary based on location.
  • For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
